The Vacancy
We’re looking for two Neighbourhood Officers (Regeneration) to join an exciting new team that will play a key role in supporting communities through one of the most significant regeneration programmes in Wythenshawe.
These are brand‑new roles focused on delivering intensive housing management, tenancy support and customer engagement services in neighbourhoods undergoing regeneration and redevelopment. If you enjoy building strong relationships, supporting customers through change and making a visible difference in local communities, we'd love to hear from you.
About the role
As a Neighbourhood Officer (Regeneration), you'll be a highly visible presence within regeneration areas, working directly with residents affected by redevelopment and rehousing activity. You'll act as a key point of contact, helping customers navigate change, access support and move successfully into new homes.
This is a varied and rewarding role that combines tenancy management, estate management, customer support and community engagement, with a strong focus on tenancy sustainment and customer wellbeing.
