You’ll play a key role in gathering accurate stock condition data and ensuring our properties remain compliant, well‑maintained and fit for the future.

  • Coordinating access across a wide range of homes, working closely with colleagues, customers and external survey partners to keep programmes on track.
  • Providing clear, practical advice on repairs and home condition, helping residents understand how to prevent issues like damp and condensation.
  • Reviewing survey cycles, following up on overdue visits and tackling access challenges with a positive, solution‑focused approach.
  • Working confidently in varied environments, including roof spaces and at height, while upholding high safety standards.
  • Handling customer queries and complaints professionally, communicating in a way that builds trust and supports positive outcomes.
  • Keeping detailed, reliable records and using data insights to highlight trends and improvements.

  • A proactive, dependable approach with the ability to manage your workload, stay organised and adapt to changing demands.
  • A willingness to work flexibly to achieve survey programme targets, with occasional early morning, evening or weekend appointments to support customer circumstances.
  • Comfortable using IT systems and maintaining accurate, well‑structured records.
  • A commitment to providing fair, respectful and inclusive customer service.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
