The Vacancy
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Programme and Asset Coordinator to join our Asset Management team on a fixed term contract until 30th June 2027. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, supporting programme delivery and contributing to how we invest in and improve our homes.
In this role, you’ll play an important part in coordinating asset management activity, supporting planned investment programmes and ensuring our data is accurate, reliable and supports effective decision‑making. If you’re detail‑focused, collaborative and keen to develop your skills in a fast‑moving environment, we’d love to hear from you.
