This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We’re looking for two curious, collaborative and confident Business Analysts to join our ICT, Data and Digital team at Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG).

This is a great opportunity to play a hands-on role in improving how we work across the organisation — helping teams understand current challenges, design better processes, and turn ideas into practical solutions that make a real difference for colleagues and customers alike.

While the role offers hybrid working, a regular on-site presence (at least two days per week) is essential to support collaboration, workshops and relationship-building across our services.

About the role

As a Business Analyst, you’ll work across a range of projects and improvement initiatives, partnering with colleagues at all levels of the organisation. You’ll use insight, data and stakeholder engagement to understand how things work today and help design how they could work better tomorrow.

From mapping processes and gathering requirements to supporting testing and implementation, you’ll play a key role in ensuring change is well understood, inclusive and delivers real value.

We are recruiting two Business Analysts through this advert. While both roles share the same core responsibilities, one position will initially focus on a major finance systems project, where experience of finance systems or financial processes would be beneficial, and the other will focus on Salesforce, supporting a new Continuous Service Improvement function.

What you’ll be doing

  • Analysing current (“as is”) and future (“to be”) processes to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency and consistency

  • Working with stakeholders to capture, prioritise and document business requirements

  • Facilitating workshops and conversations that bring people together and build shared understanding

  • Supporting transformation and digital projects by shaping solutions, acceptance criteria and test approaches

  • Contributing to the selection and implementation of digital tools that meet business needs

  • Championing continuous improvement and good business analysis practice across the organisation

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring a mix of analytical thinking, strong people skills and a practical, solutions-focused mindset, alongside:

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst, ideally within Digital, ICT or change environments

  • Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels, including facilitating workshops and challenging constructively

  • Experience mapping and improving complex processes

  • An understanding of project and programme delivery, including Agile ways of working

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • A professional qualification (or working towards one), such as BCS, or equivalent experience

  • Knowledge and experience of either Salesforce, or financial systems would be highly beneficial.

Application Deadline - Sunday 25th January

Please note the above date is subject to change, and the advert may be closed early dependent on applications received. If you are interested in applying, don't wait!
